Home Features + Financial Objectives
- We will sit down with you to understand how your lifestyle is connected to your home to identify your requirements and offer design solutions that cater to those needs. We want to create a space that brings your dreams to life. We understand the financial investment needed to construct a new home, so we begin by discussing the initial budget at this stage. Once we have agreed on the budget, the next step is to begin the design process. This involves transforming images and ideas into the blueprints for your dream home
Transparent Construction
- Rest assured that you will never be left in the dark about the status of your home. Our internal team holds weekly meetings to discuss the progress of your build, and we are always ready to schedule more frequent meetings as needed. This will keep you updated on the progress of the construction project and provide opportunities for ongoing discussions.
Welcome Home
- We schedule a walk-through of your home 2-3 weeks before you take possession to identify and address any issues that require attention. This is our chance to make your move-in day perfect. We will go through the process with you again on the day you take ownership to show how we have resolved any previous issues. After we have settled, we ensure to keep the communication lines open by conducting scheduled home checks at regular intervals
