Jason Otke
Sole Owner
With a BS in Construction Science and Management from Kansas State University, College of Engineering, Jason was well prepared for a project manager position when he joined for DOCC in 1999. Upon joining DOCC, Jason managed the construction of projects around the state of Missouri and Colorado. These duties included land acquisition, preliminary estimating, design and construction management, training, closeout, and ongoing support for many quick lube, car wash, and dry clean facilities.
Tim Allen
Director of Residential Custom Homes / Draftsman / Design
Tim joined The Otke Group in 2021 and has been a vital part of the team ever since. Drafting and architecture have been a passion of his ever since he was little, so naturally, he studied pre-architecture at Southeast Missouri State and has been in construction for over 15 years. He has worked his way up through construction positions throughout the years, going from carpenter to director and everything in between. While Tim currently resides in Jefferson City, he loves to travel.
Lisa Cooper
KBRD Design
Lisa originally began her career in education by earning a degree in Art Education with an emphasis in Graphic Design at the University of Central Missouri. Upon graduation, she pursued her career in teaching Art within the Saint Louis Archdiocese. She began working with The Otke Group as an administrative assistant and accounting clerk in 2020. Lisa is excited to dive back into her creative background by designing and developing at KBRD.
