Community Involvement
At The Otke Group, we are builders, not just of buildings and homes, but of communities. We realize that we have a crucial role in shaping the neighborhoods we live in, and why it is essential to work closely with local residents and stakeholders. We take this partnership a step further by being actively involved in the communities that we build. From connecting with other builders and business leaders to helping to shape the next generations, we can create partnerships and spaces that reflect the values and needs of the people who live there.
In addition to having serving on the construction committee for the Special Olympics and working closely with the UCP Gibbs Center for Independence as a WingDing sponsor and the remodel of the center, Jason Otke has served as a board member for the Home Builders Association, the Home Builders Association of Missouri, the Jefferson City Area Chamber of Commerce, the St. Mary’s Hospital Foundation, and the Helias Foundation. Jason considers these roles a valuable opportunity and is proof of his dedication to our community. “It does provide extra meaning to serve on these boards because it allows you to appreciate your community and how hard people are working to improve it,” he says.
